The orange background with black hands drew me into a closer look at this material.  It was then I saw the subtle blue fingernails on some of the hands.  I love mani/pedi days but never have wandered off the beaten path of pinks and the occasional red - playing it safe so as not to draw attention to my less than pretty hands and feet.  There blue fingernails, in contrast to my safe choices, made me think about my boldness in other areas of my life.  I am thinking I need to don some royal blue fingernail polish and get more involved in social issues and take a stand against racism, bigotry, and just plain meanness.  Sitting home with pretty pink nails is not doing anybody any good.
