Being on or just near water is soothing for my soul. "Living Water" was borne out of a 14-day respite on the gulf coast of Florida where I was able to be enveloped by the sounds of waves lapping and shore birds chattering. Endless blue skies and warmth of the sun allowed me ample time to just "be" with God.

The material used for this stole is a woven linen/cotton/poly mix. I used 100% cotton thread for the embroidery. The shells are from the beach I holiday at in Florida. I send extra shells with the stole in the event any get lost or damaged, but they are pretty sturdy! Should you want extra shells, perhaps for a children's sermon or craft, please let me know. I have plenty...
