This little ditty in Galatians is inspiring to me.  I sit with these nine traits in a quiet place with a cup of coffee and do some self-examination, where upon I emerge humbled and making deals with God about the the fruits I lack - or have let shrivel up on the counter in a pretty bowl.  He is ever so good to me, replacing the fouled fruit with fresh pieces that look like they were just picked, all ready for me to try again.
